How HoTrips works

HoTrips is a travel search and comparison site. We do not sell anything: no tickets, accommodation or tours, we take no payments and we are neither a tour organiser nor a party to the contract. We show partners' offers and take you to them — you book and pay directly with the partner, on their terms.

Where prices come from

• Flights — from partner data (recent searches and airline fares). The partner's price may differ, as fares change constantly.
• Hotels — current prices and availability for your dates from our partner Nuitée. The “Book” button takes you to Nuitée's booking site (“Hotel booking by Nuitée”): Nuitée sells the stay and takes the payment, and its price may differ slightly from ours due to a different exchange rate. Where Nuitée has no offers for a city, we show an indicative cost (the average price of a 3★ hotel room, adjusted for the season, marked “estimated”) and a link to search with a partner.
• “Flight + hotel” is our estimate of the sum of two separate bookings, not a package offer. You book the flight and the hotel separately, each with a different partner.
• A “ready-made package” is a travel agency offer — that agency is the organiser and is responsible for the trip.
• Weather: Open-Meteo forecast for the next 16 days, then the average from previous years. Exchange rates: average NBP rates.

How we sort results

The order depends only on the sorting you choose:

• “Cheapest” (default) — price per person, ascending;
• “Best weather” — our weather comfort index (temperature, rain, cloud cover), descending; on a tie, cheaper comes first;
• “Earliest departure”, “Shortest”, “Warmest”, “Cheapest on the ground” — by date, number of nights, temperature and local price level respectively.

We do not accept payment for placement in the results, and the partner's commission does not affect the order. Filters (budget, theme, weather, direct flights) only hide offers that do not match them.

How we earn money

Links to partners are affiliate links (including via the Travelpayouts network). If you book after coming from HoTrips, the partner may pay us a commission. It does not change your price.

Who is responsible for the booking

Your contract is with the partner (the airline, the agency you choose on Aviasales, Kiwi.com, Nuitée, Klook, a travel agency, an insurer). The partner is responsible for the service, refunds and complaints under its own terms. Who to contact about what is on the Contact page. We do not pass your personal data to partners: the link to the partner contains only the search parameters (dates, number of travellers, destination).

Country information

Tips on roaming, documents and the EHIC are general and assume you travel on the passport of the country you fly from. Before you travel, check the current rules in your own country's official travel advice or on the EU's Your Europe portal.
