Problem with a flight or hotel — contact the partner
Check which partner you booked with: the name is in the confirmation e-mail and on the payment receipt.
Aviasales

Aviasales is a flight search engine — it does not sell tickets itself. You buy the ticket from the airline or agency you choose on Aviasales. For the ticket, changes, refunds, a missing confirmation or check-in, contact that seller — their details are in the confirmation e-mail and on your payment receipt. If you don't know who the seller is, Aviasales support will help.
Kiwi.com

Kiwi.com sells the booking. Report changes, refunds, baggage, cancelled flights and connection problems to Kiwi.com — by chat, phone (24/7 in English) or e-mail.
Nuitée
the “Book” button next to a hotel (the “Hotel booking by Nuitée” site)
Nuitée sells the hotel booking and takes the payment. Confirmation, changes, cancellation, refunds, a wrong price — contact Nuitée, support is available 24/7. Issues on site (room, check-in, city tax) are fastest to sort out at the hotel reception.
Klook
tours, attraction tickets and some accommodation
Klook sells the booking. Vouchers, date changes, cancellation and refunds — at Klook (chat in the Help Centre or in your booking details).
Delays, cancellations, baggage
Rights under EU Regulation 261/2004 (care, rebooking, compensation) and lost baggage claims are handled by the airline operating the flight — even if you bought the ticket from an agency.
