HoTrips terms of service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the legally binding one.
§1. Service provider
The HoTrips service, available at this website, is run by Artur Bashyrov, ul. Składowa 16, 30-010 Kraków, conducting unregistered activity within the meaning of Art. 5(1) of the Polish Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law (the “Service Provider”). Contact: contact@hotrips.pl.
§2. Type and scope of services
- The Service Provider provides, by electronic means, a free travel search service: it presents offers of flights, accommodation, package holidays and additional services (e.g. eSIM, insurance, transfers) offered by partners and refers users to their websites.
- The service also provides supporting information: weather forecasts and averages, NBP exchange rates and general country information.
- The Service Provider does not sell travel services, does not accept payments and is not a party to contracts concluded with partners. Hotel bookings made via the “Book” button are sold by Nuitée on its own booking site, and Nuitée takes the payment. The Service Provider is not a tour organiser or a trader facilitating linked travel arrangements. The rules for presenting offers are described on the How HoTrips works page.
§3. Conclusion and termination of the contract
The contract for the search service is concluded when you open a page of the service and terminates when you leave it. Using the service does not require registration or providing personal data.
§4. Technical requirements and rules of use
- To use the service you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled.
- It is forbidden to provide unlawful content or to automatically download data from the service in a way that disrupts its operation.
§5. Information presented in the service
Prices and availability come from partners and may change until you book — the partner's price and terms are binding. The “flight + hotel” amount is an estimate of the sum of two separate bookings, not a package offer. Weather forecasts, exchange rates and country information are for information only; check the current requirements in official sources before you travel.
§6. Risks of using electronic services
Using the internet involves typical risks such as malware, fake websites impersonating well-known services (phishing) or interception of data on unsecured networks. The service works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection and never asks for login or payment details — you pay only on the partner's website. Check the website address before entering any data.
§7. Complaints
Complaints about the operation of the service can be sent to contact@hotrips.pl, describing the problem. The Service Provider handles a complaint within 14 days and replies to the address it was sent from. Complaints about bookings and partners' services are handled by the partner with whom the booking was made — partners' support contacts are listed on the Contact page.
§8. Final provisions
- The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
- The Service Provider may change these terms for important reasons (changes in law, changes in the scope of services) by publishing a new version in the service with the update date.
- Polish law applies to matters not regulated here. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
- Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including through a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman in Poland.
